Complaints
In order for us to be able to handle a complaint as smoothly as possible, we need the following information when you send in the complained about product:
- Your contact details: Name, address, phone number and email address.
- Information about the product: Product name, batch number and best before date.
- Place of purchase and price.
- A description of the complaint.
